We at gspearls offer 100% real fresh water pearls collected directly from our very own farms located in beautiful Shaoxing, China.

Our TikTok live stream service offers Mystery Oyster Openings. We at gspearls CANNOT guarantee color, size or exact shape as our pearls are cultured/Nature formed and not lab created.

Due to the nature of our product, WE DO NOT offer refunds for already opened oysters or our customized products/jewelry.

Customers can find the designer products on our collection page.

We allow consumers to cancel orders before the clam haven't been opened.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

If the package is lost or due to other company reasons, consumers are allowed to apply for a return or exchange within 14 days (14 days or more) after receiving it.
